The house was originally built in 1902 for Thomas Briggs Converse, Sr., his wife and their thirteen children. The house changed owners throughout the years but is home today to the Valdosta Junior Service League. The house was restored to its original splendor by the League and placed on the National Historical Register in 1983. It is the backdrop to many events throughout the year, both public and private. Call to host your event here.
